Regarding gaining the Australian nationality

Dear Sir,

 

i would like to ask a simple question.

i received my PR on July, 1 2016 and did my first landing on Nov 2016. now my question is i am movng permenantly to Australian on 11th May 2017, how long do i have to stay to gain the nationality?

As always, you need to check with the authorities. I think (from my limited understanding) that you will have to wait for 4 years from the day you move to Australia. The few days, which you spend in Australia when you did the landing can be counted as part of the 4 years. Good luck...
