1. You need to bring all the papers and documents, which you submitted when you applied for your visa.
2. You need to bring all papers and documents, which provide evidence of your education and experience.
3. You need to bring vaccination records for all your children. When in Australia, you need to submit these vaccination records to a GP (General Practitioner - a doctor). He/she would record these on the government's relevant system. Failing to do so might stop you from receiving government benefits for your children. In some cases, adults need to provide vaccination records as well, like when they apply to work in a hospital.
If the vaccination records are not written in English, you need to either (1) get them translated into English, or (2) present them to a GP, who speaks the language, in which they are written in.
4. You might need to get your driving licence translated. Please, refer to the relevant question for more information on driving licences.
5. It is not really papers; however, it is worth mentioning that (generally speaking) dental services are very expensive in Australia.
