أولا اذكر بأن الولايات والمناطق المختلفة في أستراليا لها قوانين مختلفة. 

حسب فهمي البسيط للأمر فهناك نوعان من المدرسين: 

١. مدرس ابتدائي 

Primary School Teacher 

يقوم مدرس الابتدائي بتدريس جميع المواد للفصل. 

ليس هناك وظيفة لمدرس متخصص في اللغة العربية (أو لأي مادة أخرى) في المدارس الابتدائية. 

٢. مدرس متخصص لمادة معينة (كاللغة العربية) في المدارس الثانوية 

Secondary School Teacher

لتكون مؤهلا للتدريس في أستراليا لابد من حصولك على IELTS 7.5. وكذلك على ماجستير 

Master of Teaching 

بعض المدارس الخاصة تستعين بمدرسين غير مؤهلين لتدريس اللغة العربية أو المواد الدينية، ولكن لابد من وجود مدرس مؤهل في الفصل أثناء إلقاء المدرس الغير مؤهل لدرس اللغة العربية أو الدرس الديني، وبالطبع سيحصل المدرس الغير مؤهل على أجر زهيد بالمقارنة بالمؤهل.

As usual, I would like to remind you that the laws and regulations differ between the different states and territories in Australia. 

Basically, there are 2 kinds of teachers. 

1. Primary School Teacher 

These teachers teach all subjects to the students in a classroom. There are no subject-specific teachers.

2. Secondary School Teacher 

These teachers teach a specific subject, like Math, Science. 

 To be qualified as a teacher, you need to pass IELTS with a score of 7.5 and get a Masters degree in Teaching. 

 This is some basic information. You need to check with the relevant regulatory authorities about the details.
