هناك حد أدنى للأجور، وكذلك قوانين لها علاقة بفترات الراحة الإجبارية وسلامة الموظفين، الخ. هذه تشمل جميع الموظفين.

وهناك وظائف معينة لها ظروف وحد أدنى للأجور خاص بها، وتم تقسيمها ل awards مختلفة، فمثلا هناك award خاص بالعمل كطباخ، وآخر خاص بحارس الأمن، الخ.
